The Dilan Shirt Dress is a long-sleeved shirt dress with a collar stand neckline and a dropped shoulder, as well as a shaped placket that does not button to the top, creating a V-neck effect. The sleeve features a slight gather at the exaggerated cuff to create a puff sleeve, as well as an elastic loop and button closure. With side seam pockets and a waist seam with a gathered skirt, this dress can be unbuttoned slightly, or entirely to be worn as a duster.
